Who Should Attend
Leaders, managers and supervisors and teams

Course Format
In this two or three-day work session, leadership and functional
teams will develop a strategic plan where each individual clearly
understands his/her role. Each team member will identify and
present action plans for team review and collaboration. Two
months of follow-on coaching is included to sustain momentum
developed in the planning session.
Team members will also receive weekly, bi-weekly or monthly
emails with their key project and action plans.
